Shipping

Shipping can be both from Ukraine and from Portugal. We have a standard free shipping option via national postal services and an expedited shipping option via UPS.

Expedited shipping to the USA and EU Countries takes about 3-5 business days.
Occasionally, our company works with a third-party delivery company in the USA (Miami).

In this case, we send our packages to the third-party company office, therefore the shipping can be tracked as "shipped from Miami."

Delays of delivery information are OK, because packages are shipped to the Miami office from Ukraine or Portugal via UPS and then to your door via USPS.

Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any import and customs taxes and fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and postal cervices.
