Our custom food branding irons are designed to apply your logo, text, or custom design directly onto food. They are ideal for branding steaks, burger buns, pancakes, bread, coconuts, fruit peels, and other suitable food surfaces.

The branding iron can be heated using a propane or butane gas torch or an electric hot plate. For best results, heat the branding head evenly before applying it to the food surface.

HOW TO ORDER:
— You should attach a high-resolution black and white (of one color: without gray shades) logo in JPEG, PNG by clicking the "Browse..." button.
—  You may also send me a VECTOR file (a single color design) to the email address: stamps@sozdat.com in PDF; SVG; AI; EPS; CDR; EMF; formats.
— The black areas of your logo will create the scorched (burnt) impression on the food surface.
— Your logo can be relatively small, but the lines of your design should be at least 0.3 mm thick to ensure they remain clearly visible after branding.
HOW TO USE:
— Heat the branding head using an electric coil burner or electric hot plate (1500 W or higher recommended), a dedicated electric heater with an M8 threaded mount, a propane or butane gas torch, or a gas stove burner.
— Do not use gasoline- or kerosene-fueled pressure blowlamps. Use only the recommended heating methods listed above.
— Once heated, press the branding head firmly and evenly onto the food surface you want to brand. For best results, the food surface should be reasonably smooth and flat.
— DO NOT HEAT THE BRANDING HEAD ABOVE 400°C (752°F), REGARDLESS OF THE HEATING METHOD USED.
— WARNING: THIS BRANDING IRON IS INTENDED FOR USE ON FOOD SURFACES ONLY. DO NOT USE ON WOOD, LEATHER, PLASTIC, OR ANY OTHER NON-FOOD SURFACES.
SPECIFICATIONS:
— The branding iron features a natural handle made of ash wood.
— The brass branding head is approximately 9–10 mm thick and attaches to a 250 mm long steel rod using an M8 threaded connection.
— The brass branding heads are removable and can be easily unscrewed from the steel rod for replacement or interchange.
