Processing time of an order is 1-3 business days.

Shipping

Shipping can be from Ukraine, from the USA or from Portugal. We have a standard free shipping option via national postal services and an expedited shipping option via UPS.

Estimated delivery time

Expedited shipping to the USA and the European Union takes about 3-5 business days.

Free standard shipping:

United States: 5-14 business days

Europe: 5-14 business days

United Kingdom: 1-4 weeks

Canada: 1-4 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-6 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-6 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-6 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company and on a customs working.

Customs and import taxes

Customs Duties and Taxes for U.S. Customers: No Extra Duties or Taxes for U.S. Customers.

We ship all U.S. orders directly from our warehouse in the United States.

This means your package is delivered to you without any additional customs duties or import taxes — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Worldwide customers are responsible for any import and customs taxes and fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and postal cervices.

Returns and cancellations

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Refund

Our company isn't responsible for estimated delivery time and for your national postal service and customs working. If you don't receive your package within 75 days after sending - a full refund will be made.
