Our custom branding irons are designed for applying your logo, text, initials, or custom design to flat wooden surfaces and natural leather.
A custom wood burning stamp allows you to create a permanent scorched impression on handmade products, packaging, furniture, leather goods, crafts, and other suitable wood or natural leather surfaces. It is a simple and effective way to personalize your products and give them a distinctive, professional appearance.

HOW TO ORDER:
— You should attach a high-resolution black and white (of one color: without gray shades) logo in JPEG, PNG by clicking the "Browse..." button.
—  You may also send me a VECTOR file (a single color design) to the email address: stamps@sozdat.com in PDF; SVG; AI; EPS; CDR; EMF; formats.
— The black areas of your logo will create the scorched (burnt) impression on the surface.
— Your logo can be relatively small, but the lines must be at least 0.3 mm thick to ensure clear and visible details in the branded impression.
HOW TO USE:
— Heat the branding head using an electric coil burner or electric hot plate (1500 W or higher recommended), a dedicated electric heater, a gas stove burner, or a propane or butane gas torch.
— Do not use gasoline- or kerosene-fueled pressure blowlamps. Use only the recommended heating methods listed above.
— Heat the branding head evenly, then press it firmly onto the flat wood or natural leather surface you want to brand.
— The required heating time and contact time may vary depending on the size of the branding head, heating method, and material being branded. We recommend testing the branding iron on a scrap piece of the same material before branding the finished product.
— IMPORTANT: THIS BRANDING IRON IS INTENDED FOR USE ON WOOD AND NATURAL LEATHER SURFACES. DO NOT USE IT ON FOOD, PLASTIC, SYNTHETIC LEATHER, OR ANY FLAMABLE MATERIALS.
— DO NOT HEAT THE BRANDING HEAD ABOVE 400°C (752°F), REGARDLESS OF THE HEATING METHOD USED.
SPECIFICATIONS:
— The branding iron features a natural handle made of ash wood.
— The brass branding head is approximately 9–10 mm thick and attaches to a 250 mm long steel rod using an M8 threaded connection.
— The brass branding head is removable and can be unscrewed from the steel rod.
